Customer Support Administrator
To support our continued growth, MTCS are seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join our existing team.
The role involves providing information and support to our customers through administrative tasks, and keeping stringent administrative records through multiple platforms is a key requirement of the role.
ROV Instructor & Course Developer
MTCS seek to recruit an experienced ROV Instructor to join our existing team of Trainers and Assessors.
The ‘working from home’ role is suitable for personnel based in the UK and will require travel to customer locations to deliver training when required.
The instructor will ultimately be required to deliver a range of ROV related training courses and is suitable for someone who has:
- Significant experience in ROV operations and/or manufacture and technical activities.
- Experience of supporting the learning and development of personnel in the workplace, including assessment of competence.
- Experience of delivering/facilitating training is desirable.
Associate Verifiers
In order to facilitate our plans for expansion, we are also seeking additional personnel to join the MTCS verification team.
Suitable candidates will have demonstrable experience in the assessment of competence in either the ROV or Hydrographic Survey industry and, ideally, will hold an appropriate qualification in Skills Assessment.
Alternatively, they will have significant experience in the Learning & Development sector within the offshore energy sector.
Additional training in the specifics of verification will be provided.
