We are pleased to announce that the launch of the Phase II upgrade to the MTCS Online platform will take place during March 2021. The new system offers an enhanced user experience for both individual users and company administrators alike.
Please note that MTCS Online will not be available between the following dates:
00:01 GMT on Tuesday 9 March and 23:59 BST on Tuesday 16 March, 2021
We advise all users to make any necessary arrangements to enable you to continue with your normal business operations. No verifications can be completed, or certification issued during this period.
How this will affect you
During this period, it will not be possible for MTCS (UK) Ltd to complete verifications, issue certificates or process credit card payments via the MTCS Online website.
Users will not be able to:
- Log-in to their personal or organisation/company account on MTCS Online
- Gain access to Certification
- Access resources e.g. ICAs, GAs, Certificate Renewals and Distance Learning courses will not be accessible
- Complete Distance Learning Exams
- Upload to or submit evidence from MTCS Online

The New MTCS Online
For the past 18 months, we have been working extensively with a leading UK software company to design and develop the new MTCS Online system. This takes into account consultations and feedback from users – both individuals and corporate – regarding how they use the existing system, what features they see as being important to their roles, how intuitive the interface is and, generally, any comments which might help us improve.
Our investment in the new MTCS Online will provide all our customers with an advanced solution and support their ongoing training and competences.
